It seems Dec 2015 applicants start to receive their MR now.

One of my friend got his MR this morning, and he is a Dec applicant & got AOR in Feb.
Another friend got his MR the end of Oct, and he is a Nov applicant.

Guys, all my timeline is in profile.

I did not do upfront medical. I waited for them to request for it. I paid for RPRF fees upfront but later I added my spouse. They asked for RPRF for my spouse along with my medical request.
