I tried it 2-3 days as I remember, I guess the next question is when you resubmitted the rprf receipt did you include your full name, dob, uci number?

yes, I did include my name, dob, address, UCI and FN as well in the email itself, and put the electronic PDF receipt in the attachment. Still can not access the ecas yet now.

Try accessing it next week with letter R in front. I am sure by next week it will be updated.

Service standard for all paper applications under the Provincial Nominee Program (including from applicants who did not qualify to apply via Express Entry) it's 11 months.

does this time include the period waiting for the PR card? if so, tons of applicants are actually supposed to get ppr if they waited in the line for 8 months since app recieved by CIO.

The tricky statement is "CIC must have all information and supporting documents".
I believe these are just estimate from their end and they really did not allocate resources based on volume to target this 11 months. We cant also have all the documents with cic as per its own process (we need to wait for MR and RPRF and many cases we cant get pcc on time). if they want all documents then they should make all these compulsory upfront (except pcc).
So I think that the turn around time is still on old formula ( - just based on work load that visa office has).

They combined the processing times for all visa offices and started displaying it commonly as if all visa offices are processing within that average time but still they did not distribute applications and share the work load to process them.
Still its just luck if we are in a particular visa office zone that processes the applications fast.

Quick Question Guys.

So if/when I get my passport back stamped. Should I have to flagpole?

Is there any other way? I really don't want to travel

You can book an appointment with your local citizenship office. Your COPR mail should have all the details. That will however take 4-5 weeks I believe.

I bet you 15 months should be from they receiving application to getting PR card
