Not all Outland applicant getting MR from CIO. Is that a recent change than?

I think it is not important which one "CIO" or "local visa office" ask for MR. It is important that they ask for MR very soon after EP AOR. (less than a month.)

Same here. XEP got on 16 may but EP not yet. Don't worry. It seems that this days CIO sending XEP and EP on batch basis. Application received on Feb 26 who in the meantime got XEP, started receiving EP & UCI number. It means we will get EP and UCI in the next batch.

But for EP, there isn't any batch They send out EP emails case by case and they are doing that in each working days + saturdays. It means, whose application received by CIO on 27 February, can receive EP today or tomorrow or other days in near future. And another point about EP is, they don't send EP exactly base on application received date and there is a range for it. I mean the last EP by now belong to 26 February applicant but there is still applicants before 26 February who didn't receive EP yet and it is possible one 22 February applicant for example receive EP today and another 20 February receive EP tomorrow and next one be for a 2 March applicant! ;D

Does EP mail only mention UCI of Principal Applicant? Or they include UCI of family members also. My EP mail contain UCI of Principal Applicant but not UCI of other family members. Is it okay

the principl applicant gets two emails separate ; one directed to applicant and the other email directed to the dependent person...the dependent/spouse must get a separate UCI
