PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2015 Applicants!

seniors I hv a query ......like I had a previous refusal of work permit in jan 2014....but after that my sinp pr file reopen in april2014 & I got sinp nomination on march 2015....now I already applied for pr to cic ns....nd waiting for my xep number since April 2015....do u guyz think my previous work permit refusal would impact my current pr application........d reason for refusal is same like others....you won't came back to ur home country

I don't think so. Because work permit is for a temporary resident and permanent resident as it is cleared from its name is for permanent resident in Canada. They are in opposite of each other. Like all other countries decisions made on those type of visas are different because you should prove that you will return your home country every time your temporary residence expire and the government don't want to extend it for any reason but for permanent resident you should stay in Canada and help improve their economy and country!

I also has the same question. If you are a Outland applicant how could you get MR from local visa office that quickly? Are you in canada now?

Also can you Please share the email address you received your XEP, EP, and MR.

It is like MR is sent immediately with other requests after EP and UCI email for all applicants now whether you are inland or outland. Background/Security checks are conducted alongside or after this.

What my observation is Inland applicant gets their MR immediately after getting the AOR. I think Ottowa VO works that way. All Background/Security check comes after MR request for them.

On the other hand, most VO would finish initial background check before sending MR to Offshore applicant but their Extended Security check can be continued or reinitiate after MR also but less likely.

For XEP and EP the email came from Centralized Intake Office. But for the MR the email add (sender) was written as Do not Reply. In the letter it has the address of CIO.I was surprised i received it that fast i also thought it can only happen for inland applicant. Im in my home country right now. Haven't been to canada.

That's a bit strange. May be they changed their working pattern and send MR immediately while sending application to respected VO to save time. Or they started processing Outland PNP application to CIO !?! VictorPapa what's your say about this? Best of luck my friend.

No RPRF request yet.... Yup..Its a bit strange.but i think it was not a wrong sent because it has the names of my whole family being instructed to undergo the medical examination.

About fast Medical Request matter these days, I think it is happening because the whole process time reduced to below one year in CIC's time frame.
As we know Medical result is valid for one year and when we look back to CIC's processing time, we can see they reduced application's processing time from 2 years in 2012 & 2013 to about 10 months these days. Because most of the cases are going to be finalized in about 6 to 8 months after EP AOR then it is better for CIO to ask for medical request just after sending EP AOR to have a complete application with medical result in it and reduce further delays.
In the past years when processing time was about 2 years, CIC tried to send medical request in the last stage of its waiting and processing time and always the next stage of medical request was passport request in those days but today the whole process is about 10 to 12 months, First 4 months application is waiting in CIO and next 6 to 8 months it will be processed in local visa office. When they ask for medical request in the 5th month then they are sure, applicant will get visa when medical is still valid and it will not expire for at least 4 months after visa.
