WoW!! Congratulations!! You have done the Medical in May last year. There is a long time waiting after madical. But you got PPR, so all the waiting deserves!!! I just did madical 1 week ago. I have no idea how many months I have to wait for the PPR.

How can ensure that they have received the documents this time. Is there any number to call.

Sometimes the call center guys tell but some agents dont tell. But i think in gcms notes we can see if anything outstanding from candidates.

I took the below number from one of the forum posts. It works for outside Canada.

1-888-242-2100 doesn't work if you are outside Canada. Try 1-613-944-4000 and then a series of 1111131 (when asked to press a digit). This should take you to CIC representatives.

I couldn't find a thread for February Applicants. Then again, Jan,Feb and March applicants will have similar timeline (First Quarter). So here it is.

our timeline is
1. received your application for permanent residence on January 8, 2015.
2. sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 8, 2015.
3.started processing your application on May 8, 2015.
4. sent you medical instructions on May 12, 2015. T
5.Medical results have been received.
6. We sent you correspondence on September 16, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents,
7. PPR January 14,2016 ( No Decision made update online- still saying in Process)

these days paper based application is only for Pnp applicants.
