Hey fellas. Just wanted to throw a quick question here and see if anyone has answers to that.
So I requested my GCMS notes in mid-May and haven't got the notes back as of now. It has well passed the supposed processing timeframe as suggested in their service standards. So with frustration, I sent a status tracking request via email on the 31st day, aka yesterday. And guess what? No reply, no surprise here...
Now I'm contemplating taking some serious action, i.e., filing a formal complaint etc.. So my question is how do I go about it? There doesn't seem to have a link on their website where I can submit a complaint? Would contacting my local MPP do the job? Thanks.
