My file is sent to sydney from ottawa for need to finalize review of security and then the next step they said is final review.

Anyone know how much time this should take. Thanks in advance..

I was landed as PR in the YVR Vancouver Int'l Airport on March 15, 2017. and I have received my PR card on May 1.

Dear All,

While uploading my documents in the checklist of the PR application I noticed that there was no order in which the work experience has to be uploaded. The checklist only stated work experience 1, 2, 3 & 4. Therefore, I uploaded them from oldest to newest, however, after submitting my application, I went to my cic to check the status of my application. I thought I review the submitted application and then I saw that the work experiences were labelled by the job title and all my work experiences were uploaded in the incorrect order. What should I do?

Hi guys,

In my case, I married during my PR process. therefore, I added my wife on my application this January. I spoke with a representative today, me and my wife's background and security checks are done. I will get Passport request very soon. Really excited. I will update my process once I hear any news from CIC. Thanks,

I am PNP-Inland applicant through express entry and haven't heard anything while people applied on same date as mine receives Medical update. Should I sign the petition..? As I read it and came to know that it is specific to PNP (without EE)

Hey folks!

A quick question, my status for background check has changed to NOT APPLICABLE last week. Before it was "Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check."
Does this happens? I mean how could it go to not applicable or what could be the reason? Or is that they have competed the background check?

hi friend, please correct me if I am wrong. I thought Ottawa is the final place that our files will be for BG check and final review. Isn't it? Or do they do BG check in Ottawa then review BG documents in sydney, then send back to Ottawa for final review and DM?
Does anyone know how the files are transferred and what each office does to the files?

Hi yours is so fast ... got my aor feb2017. Alberta. Employer driven stream. Do u have any idea how long it will take? For medical request? Today asked me send rcmp reports again. I sent one with file in dec now its already six months. So do u have any idea? How long it will take more to process?

Hi, I got the pretty much same email as you last and I got MR several days after I submitted my updated schedule A and everything listed after "PLEASE NOTE". (if you have paid RPRF, just ignore it). Hope this helps

How many days later did you get MR following this request? Any response would be much appreciated
