Hi,
Just email them explaining that ur dependants don't live with u in CA. Let them know d country she lives n d nearest visa office. They will then send u another form that she will submit with her passport.
I have 3 dependants n that's what I did, they responded to me by noon.

Thanks for your kind reply.....much appreciated.....I did by 10 in the morning today....and got the auto reply right after but no response as yet.....hopefully after Christmas, however, I have sent my Passport to CPC Ottawa today.

I did not write my application number in the subject line as mentioned in the auto reply however I wrote the perfect details as mentioned with File #. and proper scenario as well as Spouse info in the email.

Do I need to send them the separate email with application number in the subject line or the one I sent them good enough....

my friend got his dm last decmber 14 and he got his golden email yesterday mine is december 16 dm but still nothing! Does the cic is open on december 26 and 27??

Yes u have to send them email with ur application# in d subject line and follow the outline that u received in d auto email.
That was what I did first and I received d auto response, then I sent another email following d instructions in first auto email. Then I received another email from them for my dependants.

U need to specify ur own details first as outlined in d auto email.
Then u can then list d details of ur dependants.

I got SINP nomination last week. now gathering documents for PR and i am INLAND applicant

Need an advice....Can anyone tell me that my TRV is Expired which was on OLD passport and in my NEW Passport its all blank so do i need to apply for new TRV first before sending application to Sydney??

TRV has nothing to do with your application......this is just for your travel purpose so you can process your application no matter its expired. Good Luck !
