Yes, you can. But you need to mention the address on the return envelope where you need your passport courierd back.

Hi since its your temporary visit so you can send any where....I don't think so is there any hitch.....as long as you are living in BC

PPR letter that you will be receiving (very soon) instate the steps and req's..
*passport
*2photos (same size as when you submitted your PR app,)
*return self address envelope (xpress post - Canada post only) and
*The letter attached to the PPR email for Address and info.

That's all.. just read and follow the instructions on your PPR email once you got it.

We do not need to write anything on return envelope
 
Dear All,

I'm Sept. 23rd applicant and today I received DM on my ECAS but I have a concern now. I'm hoping to get PPR email within this month, however as my spouse's passport is going to expire on 11th June I applied for the extension as its mandatory to have the validity of passport for at least 6 months. But as this is machine readable passport my spouse is going to have a new passport within next 2-3 weeks. So could you suggest me what should I do if I receive PPR request before/after getting new passport?
