PNP- PR ( CIC applicants SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER 2015)

Hi everyone,

Was wondering anyone has same status,as mine, I am PNP Ontario applicant, filed to CIC on Sept 8, 2015

AOR Recieved Dec 08, 2015
Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed In Progress (Oct 18, 2016)
Final decision Not Started

Any idea how long does it take to complete Background check, as I ordered GCMS notes, it says

RCMP screening - No trace found
Security Check - Passed
Criminality Check - Passed

So I was wondering this is what they do for background check which has already been completed, any comments guyz, any idea what they doing with applications

Received PPR email at 6:30am!!!
So excited!!!! Will ask my agent send my passport today!

Hi guys, one question. When the background check section on mycic goes back from "not needed" to "in progress", does that mean the security check is done?

It means you are almost there. it's possible to receive PPR December this year... Good luck to us...

I am also Sept 8 2015 applicant. I just got my GCMS report yesterday. It has 50 pages and on initial 6-7 pages it says criminality secuirty medical eligibilty passed. This is my second GCMS report previous one I ordered before medical but in this new report lot of things have changed I have applied trhu representative so cant chek the status. Didnt understand much since GCMS is coded but when I compared two report i was happy that I have seen many pages with "passed"

Does it it mean I am close?

I think we are all getting closer! Just a final review so.
June applicant got PPR today, they are working again ;D

Yes, in the first page (page 1) of your GCMS... It's to compare with mine.

For Group name it says PACE and for Group# it says 1-alphanumeric code

Is that same in yours?

I think, in mine appears a name and maybe could be the agent who is doing final review.. just guessing. I'm july applicant. Perhaps, if you order again your GMCS, let's say in 1 month, you can see a name.. I don't know.. I just try to understand..

Yes it is PACE-BEV 14. Well this one is second report so i am not sure i am gonna order another one as it takes a month.

I forgot what PACE means. I have read earlier in some posts someone has mentioned its full name.

Hey Guys,

In my GCMS note page 7 under heading ADMISSIBILITIES -> SECURITY -> Its displays Status: Not Stated.

Has any of you guys had this change to Passed. If so what was the Update date on this part of the notes.

Its also Says Security Due Date is 2016/11/30. Just wanted to know when did this change to Passed for September applicants.

Mine does not show any Group Name or Group #. I m wonderin what does it mean.
