Hi Guys,

Just want to share how to order gcms notes since I got mine for free.
There are 2 options:
Privacy Act-FREE
Access to Information Act-$5

Here's the procedures:
1. Site: https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/ (not 3rd party)
2. Fill in the form, please see below the important items you need to know.
- Department, select IRCC
- To be eligible, select Individual/Corporation currently in Canada
- Complete all your Personal Information, please take note that all info
with * should be filled up and put N/A if not necessary.
- Requesting on your own behalf: Yes
- Category that best describe you: Member of the Public
- How would receive the requested record: E-mail
- Select Privary Act, it is free
- Type of records: Case Files
- What type of record would you like to request, select Permanent Residence
- Which specific info are you looking for: The electronic notes of the immigration/citizenship officer

By the way, i received the requested records more than 31 days and I did sent follow up email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca for 2 times. You will know further instructions once you have received the automatic email with your tracking number.

Well I am July 8th and I did my medical 5 months ago. Still didn't get PPR

I am a SEPTEMBER PNP Inland applicant - still waiting for PPR.

ANYONE on the same boat who also went through EXPRESS ENTRY?

I am confused as they say 6 months for EE but still no update. Or are you all PAPER BASED?

My work permit expires on December 22, 2016.. I applied for Extension of work permit Sept. 01, 2016 (closed WP/same employer).. because I want to make sure am on safer side if I didn't get PPR at the end of this year. IT WAS REFUSED TODAY.

letter explained "You have failed to meet the eligibility for a bridging work permit" "PNP certificates indicates employment restrictions"

first, I did not apply for bridging work permit.. I applied an extension for the same employer because am aware of that restriction written in my current WP.

I was wonder maybe because I already maxed out my 4 years inside Canada? who else here has same situation?

I paid for closed WP 155$

I had closed WP restricted to my job but after receiving AOR, I applied for BOWP and successfully received it.

I am not sure why you did not receive even closed work permit. Did you apply paper application or online? I wonder if there was anything to do with Questionnaire you answered.

Are you already 4years (had 2 work permits - 2 years each in the past?) I doubting maybe I did mistake somewhere my questionare.. one is for sure I clicked "extension of work permit with same employer"

Did your employer paid for the job offer fee lmia exempt thingy?

Ok just a sec....CIC only issues PGWP equals to 3 years and 1/or 8 months.
Never heard of this 2 years PGWP.
And for Bridging after PGWP usually 1 year.

I also applied for BOWP... Got approved yesterday. Is there going to be any problem if I change my job while waiting for PR?

Shouldn't be, just check for any restrictions on your BOWP !

I saw some applicants from end of August 2015 get their ppr. Does this mean September 2015 applicants will receive their ppr soon?
Also, I found lots applicants could see the processing status. E.g. background check processing.
Where do you guys find that? When I login, I only saw medical exam has been received.

They check that on MyCIC, you have to link your file to CIC account for that.
