Paid RPRF and submitted to Cic via cse 3 weeks ago. No confirmation emails regarding this payment yet.
But I can login with RPRF receipt no on ECAS.

I got the confirmation in two weeks thats the regular time.....you should call CIC agent by the end of this week.

Dear all fellow applicant friends,

I just received my reminder email, and was asked RPRF, police clearance and Schedule A.

Just wondering if any of inland applicants have sent their police clearance in Canada? I am thinking to do so such that I can speed up my processing, I hope.

Do you know if I can still use the police clearance in Canada that I got from October 2015? Some told me 3 months validity, some told me 1 year. So not sure if I should go ahead spending the money to redo it?

Thank you in advance!

I have the exact same issue with police certificates. I called CIC 4 times, 4 different people, 4 different answers and still no idea what I should do. This is the information they sent me:

Police certificates

In general, if you want to immigrate to Canada, you and your family members* must include a police certificate** with your application.

Some countries may ask you to provide fingerprints, photos or a letter from Canadian immigration authorities explaining why you need a police certificate.

For more information on police certificates, please:

Verify the section Police Certificates of the instruction Guide that comes with your application kit, and
Visit our website.
*A family member is a spouse, common-law partner, dependent child or dependent child of a dependent child.
**If you cannot get a police certificate, you must send a written explanation with your application and an original letter from the police authorities confirming that they will not issue a certificate.

And this is what it says on the homepage

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp

No indication of a 1 year or 3 months validity but I remember reading about that on their homepage earlier and call center agents telling me about that as well.

If anyone would be able to help, we'd greatly appreciate that. Thank you

Do all applicants have to get reminder letter? I am inland applicant and I don't have any information or letter from CIC. Please help!

PCC - Visa office accepts if its more than 3 or 6 months old. They will ask if the application is pending for a year and your criminality is not verified and if they require. People have submitted the PCCs that are more than 3 and 6 months old. So just submit whatever you have that are of less than one year old. But be prepared to submit again if at all they ask. So if at all possible, submit a new one.

The officer that I spoke to advised me that we dont need to provide police clearance from within Canada as they do their own criminal check. I spoke to two agents and got the same answers.

HI Everyone,

Can anyone clear me on some issues regarding PR application?

I got nominated by Sinp with my husband who lives in USA as my dependant
I filled my Pr application to Sydney which was received on May 24, 2016.

A. In travel form do we need to mention, if my husband traveled from Usa to India ( we both are Indian Citizen) ?

B. If yes, do we have to mention in his personal history (address) form regarding his stay in India for 81 days?

C. We both gave IELTS but that is more than 2 years old, so in the general form they ask that have you given English proficiency test. What will be in the answer? Yes or no ?
Thanks in advance.

Yes. Remember NO GAPS.

C. We both gave IELTS but that is more than 2 years old, so in the general form they ask that have you given English proficiency test. What will be in the answer? Yes or no ?

Answer "Yes" and if they ask for re-writing, be ready. And plz send in your IELTS reports with the application.

Thanks in advance.

But in my category we do not require ielts.
I am asking this because I am in doubt that question have taken English test means that we have ever taken ielts or they mean recent only??? I put yes because I have taken ielts before coming to Canada.

I did no leave any gap in address history As I mentioned his address during that visit.

If your category does not require IELTS. Then just put "No".
This is what i did...i have got the AOR and Reminder Email too.
I took IELTS when i was applying to province for Nominee. Even i took IELTS but since CIC had no requirement for IELTS score so i put "No" in it.
Thanks
