Hi guys.

I am graduated in April 2016. I am going to receive my POST GRADUATION WORK PERMIT in three months from now as per processing time of CIC. Hopefully in August.
I am interested in applying "International Student with Job Offer Category" I have read the entire book on CIC website on that as well.

I have already got the job in NOC 0621 as a Store Manager. I have started that yesterday -May 1,2016. offered salary per year $42,000

My question is:
When Can I apply for Provincial Nominee in Ontario?
Is my job experience going to count from May 1, 2016 or after I receive my POST GRAD WORK PERMIT?
Also, When Can me and my employer apply for pre-screen thing?

I will highly appreciate all the responses. Thank you kindly!

You've got AOR, so they've got everything they need from you at this point and you won't be returned. (They may request more later) At least you know you're not being returned for stupid mistakes like missing a form or missing a signature.

You will be either approved or rejected from this point.

Thank you! :)

Hi Guys,

This reminder email brought a huge wave of confusion :(
Should we do RCMP police certificate?
We paid the RPRF and has anyone in here done RCMP police certificate?

Please advise!

Thanks :-)

I suggest you ask the question here:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pnp-pr-aprilmayjune-2015-applicants-t304017.0.html

There are a lot of inland applicants and they have mostly all received the reminder e-mail and will know what to do.

Hope this helps!

I did receive email asking about RCMP. What I did is go to authorized company who can do finger prints. That company will then send your finger prints to RCMP in Ottawa. After 10 to 14 days you will receive RCMP PCC and send the certificate to CIC.

Hi guys,
I have applied my PR application since September 2015 and have been waiting for my medical request.

The cafe I have been working just changed the owner.
What should I do?
Should I notice CIC about the change of owner or just work there until I receive my PR?

Regards,

I don't think so that change of owner needs to be updated

Hello friends

I read somewhere that PCC taken before 6 months of submission won't be accepted. However, my PCC from India is valid for an year. Does this 6 months rule apply to RCMP PCC or home country one..?

Appreciate the assistance.

Thanks
