Congrats .... people who applied in June still waiting so its bitter but at least six months or even more......its been more than 3 months in my case.....lets see...Good Luck

Thanks luckychamp!

Good luck to you too!

Hope MR will be sent very very soon! :P

I have seen some applicants who got their AORs this year and received MRs in 4-5 wks!

I hope and pray that CIC and VOs will keep this momentum/trend!

GOD bless us all!

Praying, hoping, being so positive & excited! :P ;D ;) :D

Dear All,

Did you submit PCC for your spouse as well?

-----------------------

As per Document Checklist [IMM 5690] (01-2016) E, item no. 15:

Police Certificates and Clearances:

You must get a PC from each Country where you have lived for 6 or more months in a row since the age of 18.

-----------------------

In my understanding of the above, only the principal applicant (you) is required, unless CIC/VO requests for: PCC for spouse + children/dependents above 18.

Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences and observations.

They will ask 100% because its mandatory and you have to provide them eventually so to cut the long story short if possible provide them with your case so it will save time......I did the same in my case as well

Everybody in the application requires police certificate.

Some countries requires a letter from CIC to apply for PCC, so you can't provide at time of application. But you eventually will get a request from CIC and the letter to apply the said PCC.

What is your timeline??

Hi All

First of all, Congrats to all who have received AOR, MR and all the rest.

I received BC PNP 11/12/2015.
Applied for work permit on 15/02/2016
I sent my PR application on 11/03/2016.

Does anybody know if the application for a work permit is processed quicker when you apply with PNP Nomination, (thus eliminating the need for LMIA verification) than the stated processing time on CIC website?

Good luck to everyone in this boat.
