Hello All,

I read somewhere that CIC gonna process the applications little faster in 2016 compared to the previous year. The Syrian Refugee emigration has got more global attention and so looks like CIC is busy with that 10000 applications with short time to process. Outland applications are faster than Inland. If I am not wrong CIC is now sending MR for June 2015 applicants. So September and October 2015 applicants are far behind.

These are from my canada visa forum observations. Pls correct me if I am wrong.

I kindly request all members of this group to mention if you are inland or Outland applicants while updating your timeline. Because that is a great information to those who want to sort out specifically.

Good luck to all.

Has anyone here submitted expired IELTS test result with their cic application? Cuz i did that... My noc B category. Now im a lil worried i hope they dont reject my application.

It depends on the VO that is attending to the case. The processing times will vary from New Delhi Visa Office in India (which is very busy) to the Pretoria VO in South Africa (which is not that busy).

From my observation I have noted that inland applications tend to be a little bit slower than out land application, once again, depending from VO to VO.

Yes, I have. My IELTS expired 21 November 2015 and I only received AOR 11 December 2015. Did not have to resend anything and received my AOR and UCI number.

I think it depends on the noc code.

Maybe someone else can comment on this one?

Dear All,

Here is my timeline:

MPNP Nomination: 1st August, 2015

Application received by CIO: 22nd September, 2015

AOR with UCI, EP number: 2nd December, 2015

File Transfer to Hong Kong Visa office: 13/1/2016

Document Requested: Mentioned in the email as: Not yet submitted: PCC (from JAPAN), child hospital birth certificates, RPRF, Household register (as I am currently residing in Beijing, China), Copy of the biodata page of my passport.

Documents for principal applicant (me), if not submitted (But I have submitted with MPNP online application): Employer reference letter, Educational certificates and transcripts (post secondary), Language (IELTS), Proof of funds, Employment Reference letter for my wife.

Medical request (included forms): 13/1/2016

All requested documents and Medical examination must be done within 30 days from the date of this letter (email).

Now I would like to request you to guide me whether I should submit all documents that I have already submitted to MPNP online application . Or, I could send a copy of the documents (which I have) along with a letter stating that I have already submitted all these documents to MPNP. However here I attached for your reference. Obviously I will submit documents that has not been submitted yet. Actually HK VO has categorically mentioned those documents, that I did not submit yet. I need your expert opinion in this regard.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai
