You are right, still have lots of applicants from last week of sept applicants waiting for AOR and no inland October 2015 applicants got AOR, hoping before the end of January they will give us AOR...

I called CIC just before sending my application and back then they said it'll take about 16 weeks for an AOR to be issued.

when I phoned them, the agent told me 18weeks lol different information lol

Its been 3 months since application submitted no aor yet, they stop giving aor file submitted from last week of sept.

yeah seems quiet lately.. we have the same timeline.. I am not even sure how will I know if they already open my application package and if I have AOR because I wasn't able to put my email add on my application
