Send CSE repeatedly to CIC and ask about. Have you collected Physical Delivery Receipt through your Courier service? Write/email them for providing that? My file got delivered at Sydney on 4 Nov. and I have got AOR on 17 Jan.

Don't worry brother. I had same issue before. My file was received on august 31, 2016. And I received my application no on January 11, 2017 so almost 4 and 1/2 months. I would suggest you to call cic and enquire about it and contact IRCC web form which is worthless but keep trying . They will respond you. Good luck

No, Don't go for IELTS again. Fill all forms again, special attention on Background Decl. form Point No. 8 and 12. Arrange to get child birth certificate soon. Notarized it's photocopy. (If it is other than English, make translation and notarized it, attach Translator affidavit) Send the packet through DHL, they deliver in 5 days. If your application with valid IELTS get deliver at Sydney up to 27 Feb, then everything is okay.

Try for that seriously. Nothing is impossible in the world , especially in India. Hier a collectorate office broker, write it in existing and seal , sign it , below the correction. You have to prepare new forms again, it will take only 2 hours.

Sorry to hear this!! till when you nomination is valid?

But as per checklist, CIC never asks for an original BC for the dependent child. Not sure that why you got the package back

They don't ask for original Birth Certificate. However, they wanted readable documents. Anyway, you can resubmit your application... I hope your nomination will not expire soon.
