My package was received on 10/31/2016 and my AOR notice was emailed on 1/20/2017. Hope my timeline helps.

Jan 23, 2017 I received an email with update in my CIC Account.
I logged in, and that's what I noticed:
MY application # changed from XEP to EP!

Can anyone tell why I did not receive any AOR yet?? if they started processing my application?

From my case, the AOR email was sent to the address listed in your application, not the email address in your cic website. Anyway, the AOR email basically tells you nothing but your application "received date". As long as your file number change to EP, it means your processing is already in queue. Just check your cic account periodically to any update.
