Can someone answer these questions?
Is BG done thru Centralized Intake Office or Case Specific Office in Ottawa?
PPR email will come from Ottawa or Sydney?
I got an email again from Ottawa stating that my file is at Centralized Intake Office-Sydney. My BG is in process since July 20 and yesterday MP said nothing is required, all checks are completed and waiting for final review. So i am just trying to figure out their procedure.

So when you phone the office Nathan (Special Assistant) will pick up the phone. Tell him the story and he will ask you to email all the info.
Mention this in your email with subject - PNP- Permanent Residency Application Status Required

He will get back to you in a day or 2.. I would suggest email him 1st and then call him as he gets dozens of email regarding the same issue..He might just forget.

I talked to an agent the other day.
BG is done by either by Sydney office or Ottawa office. They share the work.
But eventually everything will be transferred to Ottawa. Ottawa is the office where all the passports are processed. So my understanding is PPR will come from Ottawa.
I am a MPNP applicant, I received me Aor on 23 August 17. I didn't enclose the police certificates with the application to IRCC. Do you guys have any idea when do they ask for such things and what time frame do they give for such things to be submitted? And the medical request comes after that right?
After 3 months of getting AOR, which is 6 months of submission, I got a message from them to submit a police certificate.
I'm not sure if our situation is the same. I did submit the Canadian police cert when mailing out my package. But I turned 18 in Europe only few months before moving to Canada. That's why they asked to submit a police certificate from there specifically.
My extended work permit is also expiring in a month and i have been asked to apply for BOWP..I have a close work permit. Can i still get BOWP on an existing close permit and also can i get the work permit from border? Also what is the processing time for BOWP?

Hi there, exactly the same situation here. June applicant, no MR yet, and going back to China for a month.
I read it's ok to take your Medical Exam outside Canada though we are inland applicant.
Here's a link of ppl who have done that before. He's a inland applicant but did his ME in India.

But it's always better to write to CIC to get a written confirmation for the peace of mind.
