I received ITS from express entry last week and I have already applied under paper based application for PR with AINP nomination. I am thinking to apply under EE since i have received the ITA. my question is can we apply under both programs? or we can not??

U can ask it through Case Specific Inquiry (CSE) as well. U can send it by many ways and repeatedly, if u r not confirmed about proper receiving.

I asked my consultant he said they sent newly filled schedule a .... he showed me the automatic confirmation from cic that they received papers but I'm still worried... in any case if cic didn't receive proper papers what could happen in this case because it's the second time cic asked updated documents.... and i have provided both times... hopefully it's okay. This time..... but in any case if they still don't get papers what will happen? will they return file as incomplete or they will ask again to provide updated papers...?? I'm so worried

The "A background check is needed" on my application was "in progress" but went to "not needed at this time" today! What would be the reason?

I was checking my application status today and i saw another update on my file it's saying that they have asked to provide documents on December 16, 2016.... that's the date when i got email from cic to provide documents till January 15, 2017( this is second time they are asking) and i have already sent the document... now all of sudden after one month it's showing that they sent me a correspondence to provide documents!! What does it mean ??? Is it means that they still didn't get the documents (even second time) ?? If not will they ask third time or what will they do??

Its Good to contact CIC call center and inform them regarding all this.

My understanding is that you can. If you have already received AOR, you will need to pay all the applicable fees again. If you have not received AOR(application not yet processed), you might be able to get a refund. This bit is not so sure about

mine still shows in progress and they asked me to send them fingerprints. i guess if it changes to not needed at this time after that they send u a medical request.

I have some questions regarding work permit and pr application. I applied for pr application under provincial nominee program on august 31st ,2016. recently I got AOR . On the other side, my girlfriend applied for pr application under provincial nominee program on September ,2016 and she also got AOR. Both of us has closed work permit until 2018 . I am not getting enough hours to survive in my job so I want to apply for open work permit so I have some questions:-
(1) should I get marry to my girl friend and be dependent on her and apply for open work permit. Am I eligible for that? I am ready to withdraw my file? or
(2) can I apply for open work permit using AOR ? but my work permit will be expired in 2018.

Any help will be appreciated.

Better to apply for PR,getting married is not req.,so guys you can also individually apply at your ends.

Checked the update today on MyCIC and it says Medical = Passed.

So 1 more level crossed. Does anyone have any idea that now how much more time do they take for Passport Request and are there any other levels to be crosses before the final result.
