i have a question if in case anyone can help me out by any chance .

My company is changing name so should i update to immigration ( as my WP is issued on the previous name of my company) moreover ,will that effect on my application ???

please help me out with this situation . As of now I am waiting for my medical . any idea how long it will be taking .

our processing time is 16 months

is it after we submit application ( the date it shown they received our application . like mine is may 30 ,2016 ) or it starts when we got AOR .

Hi everyone... I applied pr in may 2016... cic asked me Schedule a twice ... first time my lawyer send it but with no signature on the last page... then i got second time email to submit newly filled schedule a again .... now my lawyer send it again with my signatures.... but I don't believe my lawyer that he sent it properly.... what if they still didn't get it... what cic will do will they ask third time or they will return the file as incomplete... how i can make sure that they have updated information.... can i call them and ask !!!or what else i can do....please help...

Upload it through Case Specific Inquiry, may be they will consider. U can do this without getting UCI and Application number.

Thanks a lot for reply.... but my consultant have information we add into pr file .... is there any way that i can confirm that they have my new information... or should i take information from consultant and send it by myself

U can ask it through Case Specific Inquiry (CSE) as well. U can send it by many ways and repeatedly, if u r not confirmed about proper receiving.

My application reached @ CIC on 21th Oct 2016 and Linked on 26-OCT-2016
status is still showing OPEN BUT , unfortunately i have not received AOR yet....

Kindly someone and expert can give opinion over it.

I am also ssuffering. They are very cruel. They can demand the signed page through Case Specific Inquiry. This is the style of torcher and killing.
