I don't think so pnp will give me letter until i give them new papers for new employer....and getting papers from new company is such a pain it's a corporation company I don't know how long it will take to get the papers and my pgwp is going to expire in April 2017.... is there any possibility that pnp can revoke approved pnp if u don't provide new documents? And they can cancel someone's pr fiile ( they can tell cic that this person is no longer eligible ) ???

I have BCPNP... i got nomination under skilled worker (pgwp) .... my old company was taken over by my existing company they hired me on same wage and everything same as i was getting in old company... my employer said we have to notify pnp then i got a letter from my new company stating my job position and wages and all that i sent that letter to pnp office but they asked more documents now they asked
- job offer letter
- job offer form
- valid BC business license & Licence of Incorporation

From my new company. I wasn't expecting this complicated process to update about new employer where i have everything same as my old job even work location is same...

My buddy faced the same problem. He was working for Esso and then seven 11 took over.

I have everything except job offer form I don't think so that my new company will fill that form ... i have to ask pnp officer about that ....let's c what's gonna happen

I don't understand why they are making things too complicated even u have approved pnp and applied pr already

Yes, he did provide all the documents.

my consultant asked for the letter of support. may be its different in some cases.

do not we just need a copy of AOR and PNP nomination(whether expired or not) to apply open work permit.? :-[ :o

Yeah i m going apply wp with aor but i have to update pnp about my new employer

acha acha main b extend krauna work permit next month. i have the same employer. hopefully it is not a mushkil for me since i have already gone through so much sir-dardi already.

lol where do u work? Some people saying u don't need anything else except aor and pnp either expired or not!!!! Some people say we need letter from pnp ... this is really confusing..
