This is mentioned about in SINP, CLB4 accepted. Your matter is pending for a long time, I think u r Jan. 2015 applicant. So, taking risk is not good. Try to improve some. My application delivered on 3 Nov. They will open it after 3 months. I believe that they will accept, because it is CLB 6. I paid again through Credit Card online instant payment. They have returned my previous fee.

PNP also said they accepted CLB-05 for skilled level B in express entry. but when you make express entry profile.. they will not accepted as a skilled worker to you if you dont have CLB-07 . right ?? i tried this on express entry for skill level B when i have CLB-06 but express entry show me that you are not eligible. you must meet the standard of federal skilled worker that require CLB-07 .

Yes, EE is very tough for low IELTS scorers. Why don't u think about OID if your NOC in their list. Are u going for new application? What about old one? U can check Morden Immigration also.

Submitting IELTS TRF with paper based application is mandatory requirement but I am not sure whether CIC review it or not.

E-mail them at immigration @gov.SK.CA and ask the procedure. And congratulations for getting Nomination.

Yes, EE is very tough for low IELTS scorers. Why don't u think about OID if your NOC in their list. Are u going for new application? What about old one? U can check Morden Immigration also.

My first OID application is in 2nd review process since September-2015 for NOC-1111 which was rejected due to license and 2nd application is also in process that i have applied under NOC-1252 OID in October-2016... NOC-1252 related medical records clerks but i have an experience as Accountant records procedures. 1252 Is a combination of 1431 NOC AND 1211 .... i dont this what will happened in my case now ...

Did u prepare the attached job reference letter according to NOC 1252 job duties and responsibilities, matching 50-60% duties? Getting license is very difficult for outlanders. My best wishes for u.

My job is related to accountant .. duties include maintaining accounting records ... yes license is not possible for outsiders.

I think This is very doubtful NOC, Job duties and Eligibility Qualification requirements are quite different from Accountant. How can you totally dependent on this.
