Case specific inquiry has two pages. After filling all details in first page correctly, u can click for second page u would find the tab for document uploaf.

application received on 21 june. Aor received 30th October.

Welcome, to the next stage. I received mine exactly 1 month ago September 30 and now waiting to CIC transfer my application to my VO - Sao Paulo Brazil - and after that hope receive my Medical Request very soon.

Congrats arsal385 for Receiving PPR. It is your time to celebrate.Could you please post the format here for us? We all have to go through that step in near future. I remember receiving AOR at the same day with you. Your VO was very fast and efficient. God bless your future life in Canada. God bless us too whose files have reached other VO.

I told Batool to upload all the required documents on MyCIC as CIC doesn't want any paper docs from those who have already linked their paper based application to MyCIC.

Hoep is all well, I applied for PR under Ontario provisional nominee ( no job offer - no employer restriction on nomination) , and got my AOR by email on oct 21th. the email says the following and shows a file number as well :

This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2016/07/12.

AND here is the status online:

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed In Progress
Final decision Not Started


Now my questions is if this AOR in the email format is enough to apply for the Bridging open work permit ( mine current work permit is open as well) or do I have to wait of the eligibility assessment to change to from in progress to " passed" and receive another letter from them?
