CIC returned my 24 June received Paper base Application due to IELTS expired, and mentioned UCI No. with that. I have sent it again with updated IELTS. Can I expect any preference for my application or treated as a fresh candidate of 3 months AOR? Is UCI beneficial?

When you send your application second time then you will be treated as fresh applicant. There is no advantage of UCI.

Only Have Scan copy of FBI USA PCC ...is it acceptable at CIC stage paper based application for SNIP-OID ???

An applicant whos file was received by CIC in 25 July just received his AOR.

Mine was returned due to missing signature. I had to send them whole application again and it took again almost 2.5 months to get file number. Answer to your question if your application was returned it will begin from first step.

Did they mention UCI on your returned application? I linked online my previous one. Can I check it with that linked window or I have to link once again?
