Are you an inland applicant? I submitted my application on May 18 as well, got AOR on Aug 18, just waiting for Canadian PCC request and/or Medical.

And, the file number still start with "X".

Yes that's your AOR.

You are right. But it seems to me that once CIC is done with the FSW backlog and the refugees application, things will move faster. CIC is likely to complete both the FSW backlog and refugees applications by the end of this year. I think starting early next year, things will move faster. But then again that's my opinion.
