I think it depends of Local Visa Office, I saw some sample in this topic that guys from London Office received MR just after 2 months after AOR. My visa Office is Brazil - Sao Paulo, I wonder to know some news from guys in the same visa office , but I am not receive any answer
I advice you to research about same Local Visa Office.

I think CLB 4 is sufficient. I am facing the same problem. Cic returned back my paper app. Due to ielts expiry.

this issue occurred only in London Visa Office, while CLB 4 is sufficient for PNP paper based especially SINP-OID as per past cases at other visa offices , in London visa office there should not be below 5 in each component or try to improve during AOR waiting time .

Is it confirm? I have to send retake IELTS result to CIC. I APPEARED in the exam and waiting for the result. I am average in English l and my exam was not very good, instead a lot of labour. Will CIC accept with minimum SINP language requirements?

Yup i am. App received by cic july 25. Still waiting for AOR. My work permit expires in January 2017 so i hope my AOR is here before thatvotherwose im screwed kinda.

I applied on August 10th. Hope mid November i will get my AOR
