My application was received by CIC on 26 may but yet not received UCI/AOR. My bank Draft was cleared last Thursday. But some member whose file reached CICon 30 May have received UCI on 16 August.

Hi Niam, How do you know that JOELJULIA got rejection . Because I have never come across any of her post where she had said that her application was rejected. I am also from draw 8 . I got LOA on 30 April. I tried to contact JoelJulia through PM but she did not responded . Grewal

MPNP has clearly mentioned on their webpage that all students who have studied out of Manitoba can only apply under Skilled Workers Overseas category. They cannot apply as SWI. Risk factor will also be applicable.

Dear Mandeep Even if you get LAA by 10 of july . You wount be able to submit your application to mpnp with your current ielts. As this is bound to expire before your application reaches MPNP. So I would suggest you to apply for fresh ielts and send the same to mpnp when you get selected...
