They specifically mentioned in their email to upload documents in mycic account. They didn't ask to upload using CSE or through email. I am unable to find where to upload documents in MYCIC.

In my opinion AORs for inlnd and outland are not effected by their current country if residence. After that the visa office does and thats where inland applicants suffer. London VO can process from 5 to7 months while Nova scotia takes ridicuolous 15 months.

Just a little curious. I was told by one of my friends that paying upfront RPRF fee and PCC helps in loweribg the processing time. It makes sense it would but just wondering by how much. I would assume for atleast by a month. Any of you guys gad any experience?
