Let's keep each other update! CIC received my file on June 24 and I'm still waiting for AOR.... I saw some people got their AOR(their file reached CIC on June 29), hopefully we'll get our AOR this week!

By the way, were you a BC nominee? (I assume from your name ) If so, that means we probably have same timeline

Too early to get upset. You are almost a month away! Cic received my file on June 27 and still nothing!

I believe June 2016 applicant would get AOR response within 2 weeks. July Applicant may be by end Oct 2016.
Again, just an assumption after unintentionally disregarding anyone else opinion ;D. Relax guys!

Hope so coz its getting very frustrating. Trydeaubdaid the processing times will be reduced. I have so many job oppurtunities just waiting for me coz im not a PR and am still on PGWP.

Actually I applied online on 29th September and CIC send a mail saying they have received my files. And status is Review In Progress.

I had a Paper based applicatipn as Manitoba provincal nominee. Online application timeline may be way faster.

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding job change.

If one applies for Permanent residency and changes the job after, whom should we inform to??

AINP or CIC??

Hi there,

If you change your job while your file is still under process, you are suppose to send job letter to AINP
When I changed my job, I sent my job letter to CIO office through case specific and they replied me within a week stating I am suppose to send my job letter to AINP office
Then I contacted my AINP officer and emailed her scanned docs.

Hi there . I have same situation like u . But i have got my ainp nomination through esso gas station but all the esso in canada has been sold out to 7/11 so my employer will be changed in few days . My permanent residence application in process and still waiting for AoR.. 7/11 offered me same salary , assistant manager position instead of supervisor and i will be working on same location where i working right now. So what is procedure let AINp and Cic know about that.
