I have received my nomination (MPNP) and I am about to submit my paper based application to cic.
My question is regarding the fee payment. I have paid the fee online and I have a receipt which I printed after online payment. Do I need to attach only this receipt? Or should i fill up the "fee payment form" as well?
I am a bit confused because in the guide, it says that I must fill up the fee payment form; however, there is nothing mentioned in the fee payment form about the online payment. Please help.
