I have received my nomination (MPNP) and I am about to submit my paper based application to cic.

My question is regarding the fee payment. I have paid the fee online and I have a receipt which I printed after online payment. Do I need to attach only this receipt? Or should i fill up the "fee payment form" as well?

I am a bit confused because in the guide, it says that I must fill up the fee payment form; however, there is nothing mentioned in the fee payment form about the online payment. Please help.

Just attach the print out of your payment receipt and nothing else. Remember it is imperative to attach your payment receipt as it has got bar code for CIO to locate your payment. You don't need to submit any other form/document except the payment receipt.
