I got this reply from IRCC in regards to a case specific enquiry. can anybody explain what is the present situation of my application.

Has anyone ever contacted Case Management Branch at Case-review-Im-enquiry@cic.gc.ca?
My application for open work permit got rejected because I applied for bridging open work permit and there was a restriction on my pnp certificate. However my PGWP was issued for one year till my passport expiry so that way I was actually eligible for an open PGWP extension (which I did mentioned in my letter of explanation)
Anyways I was advised to contact case Management Branch as in a way the decision made was unfair. But it is third week now I haven’t heard back anything at all in response to my email. Not even an automated email. I also sent a reminder email 2 days ago, still nothing.

I knew someone got his PGWP extended from 1yr and half to 3yrs with the help of a lawyer, but it was on ainp application stage.

Hi, I applied 15 days before my wp expires and they processed my applicacion in 33 days! (Applied on oct 12) I was thinking withdraw my application, because I received PPR on nov 7... and yesterday (nov 14) I received the work permit approval... so do not trust the processing time!

Hey I was in the same situation a week ago... My BOWP got rejected as my PNP certificate has restriction and i had applied for an open work permit as advised by CIC call center agent.. I went to the border the next day..I crossed the border (which i shouldn't have), Initially they didn't let me in but later took all my supporting documents and officer went thru it which took him almost 2 hours and then i had to go thru almost an hour long interview where i had to explain why did i land up in that situation and i tried to convinced him to believe me as i did not try to breach any law..Finally he was convinced and gave me a TRV for a day and on that basis i got my new closed wp for 2 years, Also they advised this is not an option but could be an exception depending on the case and the officer.. and then Finally after 4 days i got my PPR request as well..

May 30 applicant. just got my gcms notes. my group name was "Bulk Email PNP Pre-Assessment May 15-31,2016" now it changed to " PACE BH JAN 8".....anybody know what is that mean....
