Got medical request on may 2, 2017 done medical may 8, 2017 but I couldn't see on ecas whether medical received or passed or what's going on... ecas updated on January 27,2017 as it is showing updated date at the end of the page... do u ever noticed how often ur ecas updated? Thanks in advance

I think that date is about the ecas webpage update, not our info in ecas. My ecas show the same date January 27,2017.
My Dr have emedical system, the send to cic is faster, but I think is depend on the quantity of patients that the doctor have.

Yes, if you dont have linked to mycic they are going to contact you through email.

Called CIC and inquire about Medical request as I completed one year today but no MR and he said I have to wait until September to get PPR and no time frame for Medical.

Totally agree... can't move on to anything .. want to travel, but can't, because it might increase the processing time for security check even more; want to buy a home, but can't, because there is 15% foreign buyer tax; want to go to graduate school/change to a better job, sorry, still can't; want to find someone and get married, still can't.. cause it will increase the waiting time a lot more... we are just stuck here
