May 20th applicant here. I did upfront medical on Mar 20th. I have submitted the scanned copy of the document from the physician with my UMI thru the IRCC Webform on Mar 20th. The E-medical system shows that the result has been submitted on Mar 24th.
So far I haven't seen any updates about my application.
So for those of you who submitted upfront medical, how long did it take cic to update your application to "Medical received"?
Did I do anything wrong?

I would appreciate any help!

You didn't do anything wrong . Mine took a month or so before my CIC changed to medical passed.

For me , The E-medical system shows that the result has been submitted on February 5 , then got update to my application (PASSED) on February 8

it just took 3 days !!!

Thank you AABH! I saw some other applicants' medical got passed pretty soon as well, which is why I'm a bit concerned. I used driver's license instead of passport at the clinic - not sure if that makes a difference. Also, I don't trust the IRCC webform, as I never know if my docs are received or looked at. Anyway, thanks for your information. Maybe I'll wait for a few weeks before I call cic.

Hey, I did upfront medical on March 20th too, and I uploaded the UMI on that day through IRCC webform. I haven't got any reply on this so far. Is this the same to you?
