Yeah. I Have thought a few times that maybe they just told that thing about December to make people stop calling cic so often. Who knows.

Agree!!. It is too rude to just say wait till December without giving explanation...

Hi guys i know everyone is reaally frustrated as our file are going nowhere.i recently called mp office and she talk to the ircc and found out my file is in processing and current time line is 20 months and i told her several times in the web site it saying 15 months. So she told she cant do anything about ,just wait few months and called them again.

So what i did was after she hunged up I called cic and luckily i got a good agent he told me currently its in process and it will take atleast another 3-4 months(i hope this not going o be like this for us) and at the moment your documents are fine and they don't need any other documents blqh blah.so i told him its 15 months now and what is the next step for us coz this the average processing time.he said u cant do anything otherthan waiting a reply from cic.so i told him when i stayed 35 minutes on the line to get to a agent theres a message keep repeating if the processing time is passed then only the cic agents then only can take a action so i told about the message.then he told they cant do anything.then i hunged up and send cse message saying what is the current status of my application.

I guess theres lots of guys who is in the blog or not are all in frustration as the current timeframe is exeed, but as unit we have to aleast let the pm knows this kind of suffering provincial nominee applicants going through.comparing to express entry everyone going through same procedure and they taking 15 months process inland applicant and other done by 6 months and money that spend is the same amount and where we dont find equality.
If we can make a petition or something that is the only way to put a end to this and get a attention to this matter.
I was thinking to send some emails to tv stations at least few of us will do atleast somebody do a covering.

I hope everyone keep the heads up and deal with this maatter some how.

Good luck.

I dont remember it well however,
about a month ago, there was a announcement(?) from CIC saying newer cases will be finalized in 2017.
I dont really remember about that article.
At that time, i havent thought that might be us.
Is that really us?

I think a petition and will help. I believe the most effective way to get CIC's attention is having the media report the unfair treatment of Paper applicants are getting from CIC. That way, John McCallum or someone from CIC will look into this issue. If not, we will have to wait for 15 to 18 months or more than.
