Yes you have to update all your information thru case specific inquiry online and get your FBI asap just incase they will request it soon save time for waiting when fbi would be release. if you will get pasport request you can send it to the nearest visa office near your location. Hope that helps. My first message for you didnt go thru. I dont know what happened but it didnt posted.

Yesterday I send emergency request on line to IRCC. I told them My case almost reach 15 months now ( June 18 applicants) , I try to push them check my file, this morning I got reply as below:

Please note that the processing times provided to you on our website are an approximation. Currently, your file is still in process and there is no maximum timeframe to finalize an application.

i went to the MP office yesterday and mentioned about the delay process. i dont see any outcome of going there but just wanted to give a try.
I am TIRED of waiting... the process after getting PPR also worries me because of these delays.

I strongly feel they should have had a fair analysis on PAPER Applicants before bringing in EXPRESS ENTRY.
