Criminality Passed
Medical Passed
Security Not started

since last note I have applied which was last month, just medical Passed nothing else has been changed

Hi Buddy, I would be grateful if you can give me a brief introduction on how to order the GCMs note. Meanwhile, how long it would take to get it?

Thanks rasan0201,I just went thought it, but I chose Privacy Act at the very beginning, which didn't ask for 5 dollar, by the way, this is ATIP not GCMS note, right? a little bit confused by the two terms.

By ordering privacy info u dont get to see wats going on your file.this is gcms.thats why u should order electronic file.

You mean I chose wrong Act? but the other one is prepared for government not individual, right? I am confused. BTW, I ordered electronic file.

you don't need a visa if you are turning around at the U.S. border. This is called flag-poling, you will get a form from the U.S. border stating that you were not admitted and you take back to the Canadian border

Privecy act is ok.So order the free one because I ordered both paid and free, but there are no difference.

Today I officially became a PR after completing the landing at Montreal Airport...
My wife and I arrived from the US and we were kinda worried cuz the connecting time in Montreal was only an hour and a half and we werent sure if we were gonna be able to do the landing and catch our connecting flight home. We ran to immigration after the plane landed and there was no one there waiting only few officers chatting haha ...

Officer: Please come forward ( with a friendly gesture and a smile )
Me: handed the officer the COPR and our passports and told him we r here for landing
Officer : ok, have u ever been convicted of a crime ?
Me : No sir
Officer : Have u ever been refused entry to Canada ?
Me: No sir
all that while smiling and in a friendly manner
He wrote No on the COPR for our answers and asked us to initial
Officer: how much money are u bringing with u ?
Me: we only have a 1000 $ in cash with us
Officer: Do you work?
Me: yes and handed him letter of employment with pay stubs... he looked at it and then asked us to sign and date the COPR and went inside to get a "welcome to canada" booklet ... he came back gave us the booklet shook hands and said welcome to canada ... all that happened in less than 10mins and we were able to catch our flight and came home ... I couldnt have asked for a nicer officer haha ... Good Luck to all of u out there waiting for the COPR or waiting to land !!! Thank you forum for the support !!

He mm88,

Good to hear from you after a long time. I thought you already completed your landing since you were an April applicant. I too recently completed my landing in the land border, it was nice and smooth. The officer was very friendly, he didnt even ask me anything about my work or how much money I have. May be because it was a land border
