8th june applicant still waiting for ppr email
my ecas says decision made
and background status is in progress.

Is anybody like me waiting???

Yes, I called CIC.
I was told to wait till visa officer will contact me.
Dont know where is the problem?

when did you send pp to cic? I sent on 13th, they received on 14th, my cic file was closed on Tuesday and got decision made today, but return tracker not active yet

I sent on June 10 they received June 13. You will be next

Decision was made on 9th June

I called them and they are saying when it will be 15 months, only then they can help.
They are saying be patient and wait.

Do you think cic call center will help just after a day of 15 months? No. We have seen the response like "15 months is just a guideline. Wait till visa office contacts you" or "They are still reviewing the case. Wait for some more time".
As already mentioned, you need to order gcms notes. If not you just need to wait in dark till cic contacts you.
No one can help except gcms at this point but if you are reluctant to apply then we just need to wait, nothing much can be done.

I am an inland September applicant. I just got a status update from my CIC profile, that my background check went from "In progress" to "Not needed at this time". Has anyone experienced this? What does this mean? Should I be worried?
