But the problem is also with CIC. They have not specified it anywhere. It is open to interpretation. But going by GCMS notes it is from the day they receive our application.

I just talked with a CIC agent and asked if they could give me a date on when they will review my application. The guy said they cant, but he asked me when I applied, July 6th, and he told me that until Sept 6th I am within the processing time, so nothing to worry until then. No much help.

My GCMS notes have due date one year from the day they started processing the application
Yes you are right. It is exactly 12 from the day they started processing and exactly 15 months from the time they received. Can anyone else say something about this?

The reply from the CIC agent also shows that the 15 months processing time starts from the day they receive the application.

The 15 month thing is just an average time though - and its subject to change depending on the volume of applications, the number of staff they have, etc. So some may get looked at much quicker than 15 months, and for some, the wait is much longer. That's just the way averages work!

Regarding those in June and July waiting for their PPR, I wouldn't start getting excited until June or July of his year - that seems to be the pace things are being worked at for most applicants (but of course not all!)

Hi Pete2020,

I am just wondering how much time they will take to send us the GCMS notes, as I ordered mine via email on April 25th, nothing came up yet?

please let me know or should I call them 8) 8) or wait little longer... :o

Thanks in advance ::) ::)

Today I called the call centre agent and she said that the time is counted from the day they receive the application.
