It's asking me the same thing. I Googled, and, apparently, if you want yo link your application, you have to de-authorize the representative.
Why was I locked out when I tried to link my application?
An immigration representative is handling your file.
If you have hired a representative, only the representative can access the application status through the Authorized Paid Representatives Portal. You must remove the representative from your file to link your application.

I have one question.
I have tried it however, the very last page says
If i want to get the information, i should upload
"Disassociate representatives form"first.
I have an immigration agency working with me.
Do i have to disassociate with my agency in order to do so?
I can not find any information regarding this.
Thanks in advance...
