Finally received my gcms. And i am happy to see - why? :)
Eligibility - passed
Security - Not started
Criminality - passed
Medical - passed
Location: PS (from Mar 5th)

Criminality: It seems they did not update the status based on the activities they initiated on verification as per my first notes.
Criminality and Eligibility: They updated as passed for both on Feb 19th.
They updated the new passport detail in file.

Still application is not assigned to anyone or due date is set though. Not worried about it as they are progressing without assigning the file to any officer.

Looks like the gcms request too goes into the file as one of the incoming records. So its recorded in our file and seems overhead on the work load for them. Its not same as its projected in gcms private sites or my assumption that that department is separate. So guys watch out on your number of requests.

File location: Moved from PNP-EVAL to PS on Feb 19th. Later moved to PV2-JAN on Mar 4th. Again it moved to PS on Mar 5th.

Anyone has their location moved from PS to something else? Any idea on the location where it needs to be before we get ppr?

The file moves only when we request gcms or physical file gcms by the way congratulations ...u will get the ppr soon.gud luck mate

For me also its required. But all assessments (except security) are passed hence i think that we dont need to worry. But will see what others have/had before ppr.

Currently, all applicants approved for permanent residence, except those from countries exempt from the Temporary Resident Visa requirement, are issued a counterfoil and seal in the passport that they are using for their initial travel to Canada to become a permanent resident.

Ok. Thats good to know. Thanks buddy.

How long will be taken to order GCMS notes? Should I do or just need to wait to get PPR?

I'm not from a visa exempt country and my GCMS also showed counterfoiled required. Are you saying this means the PR has been approved already? How do you know if you don't mind me asking?

May be it changes later on.

My file is in PS and there was no connection between GCMS notes and file location. My file has been in PS ever since they updated Criminality in February.

It now takes around 2 weeks for GCMS notes to get to you by email. Some people who ordered them in March, however, have been waiting for a month. But it looks like they've sped things up.

I have a question. Which is the date on the GCMS notes that shows the last update of application. The latest I found in mine on page 1 was in Jan. When they requested PCC. No officer assigned. It's blank.
