My notes update (Mar 14th): I applied through the site http://www.visafile.info/ hence i had to ask these guys and got reply that they did not receive my notes yet. So i am waiting.
Last time someone replied saying that he/she sent the email to that dept. Were you the one or someone else?

No I have not sent any email yet. I will send them one today. I applied through the online form on the CIC website. I received an acknowledgement email saying that the processing time is 30 calendar days. On their website it now says that they are receiving more that the usual requests and they are working on it. I wish they had a little more transparent system, people wouldn't bug them with so many enquiries.

Hey guys,
I'm July 8th applicant and I have gone through upfront medical on March 30th, 2016 as it was mentioned in reminder email by Cic. I was wondering how long would it take for them to update in my Ecas that "medical results have been received". I have already sent them a medical receipt a same day through CSE and I've got a reply from them that they have attached it to my file however I'm ECAS isn't updated yet .
So could anyone let me know who has gone through same process that how long does it take for the update to take place in ECAS.

Hi, I am july 3, also did upfront medical on April 11, so far no update in ECAS..
We just have to wait.

just got my GCMS notes as of 14th march 2016:

Securit check- not started
Medical - Passed
Criminality- Passed
Eligibility- Passed

i am 11th may inland applicant from alberta through AINP
AOR received 17th of july
assessment due date is 17th of july 2016 >>> exactly a year from AOR...

i dont know how long its gonna take from here.......
