Just call the doctor and say you want to do the upfront medical exam for pnp. They will advise what you need to bring. My doctor asked me to send a email of my personal information to open a file, bring passport and health card (in SK) to the appointment
I am not sure, some people say you just book an appointment for PNP Upfront Medicals. Others say CIO has strict requirements and they ask do not send any documents unless required by them.

The complete process of getting PR is probably going to take me 26-32 months and I am not willing to jeopardize my application just to save 1 or 2 months time by doing upfront medicals, I have come too far for this.

I think CIC forget about me

They have not forgotten, trust me. Your PPR is on its way. Try to call CIC but in a different way, so that you may get hold of an agent who can actually help. When you call their number, connect to their study visa dept or temporary residence dept or caregiver etc. When they pick up, you say that you have a question regarding your PR application. Agents who are in different departments, will not answer your question and will redirect your call to an agent internally.

Best wishes.

Congrats, I hope this ends soon for all of us.

I wanted to do the upfront medical in January and called twice to the doctors office trying to get more info from them. They told me once upfront med exam is done they never keep them they must to send it to CIO's med exam results pool, where doctor opens file gets upfront number for you. They said that it is your responsibility when I get MR to send CIO med exam proof and tell them that you did upfront med. , please note you should tell CIO after you get MR.
But I see you have already got on your ECAS Med results received.
In my opinion, you are safe either way:
1. if they look at your ECAS it says med results received
2.if they send you MR you have your med exam proof and upfront med number, you will send them through CSE.

These are just my thoughts.

Good luck to all of us!

Thanks for your clarification. My Dr. was completely OK with upfront, all he said was when the MR comes to let him know and he'll let CIC know. However, he already uploaded my medical results to the e-Medical portal then. CIC most likely got the information from there without having me or Dr to contact them. I suppose if they updated on ECAS then they surely have my medical results. But yeah, both the DR. and I was surprised by the proactiveness of CIC.

Did you send the information sheet to CIC after the exam?

No mate, I didn't do anything. I was just waiting for the Medical request. But as you know they have already got my results before any communication from either side.

I also want to do the upfront medicals if it is permitted. How do I go bout doing this? Do I just make the appointment and take my UCI number with?

Yes, just provide them with your UCI number. The Dr. will then create an upfront UMI account for you
