We received your application for permanent residence on April 13, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 8, 2015.
We started processing your application on July 8, 2015.
Medical request Dec 11
Medical results have been received. Dec 18
We sent you correspondence on January 11, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I applied PNP inland on 13 April but until now: not yet DM and PPR. I'm so stressful

my timeline:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 13, 2015.

2. We started processing your application on July 7, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received on Jan 7, 2016.
4. We sent you correspondence on January 14, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. (they received the requested my police check on 12 Feb, 2016)

April and May applicants, can we start writing here a list of when your PR application was received? This would help us estimate how many applications are awaiting, and the intensity of "traffic" for certain weeks. For instance, they are currently processing applications of the week Apr 13-17, 2015. I applied May 22 so I know CIC has 4 weeks worth of applications to process until they get to mine, but it's hard to determine how many applied in those for weeks, unless you write it here:

It is really frustrating that applicants who applied after me are getting pprs and when I asked CIC agents they bluntly told me that I can't compare my timeline with anyone as the processing time is 15 months. Do I have to stay patient for 4 months even after getting DM??? What should I do?

Sahllu, I am even in the same boat April 10 applicant and no update even on medical received.

No choice other than waiting.
One guy who applied with me got DM in a week after MR from ottawa in Aug. He received ppr in Nov. I am not saying that you would receive like him but what choice do we have.

Just hang on for some more time. Be happy that you have DM at least ( I know its not that we can make use of anything with DM but at least your ppr is in queue to be released while comparing to others. Sorry buddy we just need to wait and watch for ppr email.

I totally agree with harirajmohan ... there is nthn that we can do beside waiting

On top, IRCC has increased the cap for permanent residents in 2016. The levels are more than what Conservatives said, by around 25,000 - 30,000. If they don't hire more people in their department to do all the paperwork, paper applications will get more and more delayed.
