Criminality in progress and eligibility will be pass coz ainp nominee, security and medical only left,july aplicant, thats y i said looking gd, gcms notes 40 to 45 days processing time, i was applied 12 days back , looking forwRd to it....!

why eligibility will be pass because of ainp? what do you mean?

As far as i know about eligibility is, once u r nominated by any province u r eligible for federal, that way its pnp nominated applicants automaticaly pass eligibility

I'am currently in the Philippines under maternity leave. If I get my PPR while outside Canada where do I need to send our PP (with dependent)? Thanks in advance.

You would be given instructions on what to do if one cannot do the stamping in the location they asked for. Nothing to worry, just a delay of few days to get the reply from ottawa and get another ppr from local office.

Follow this suggestion to get other passports stamped from other locations.

1. No. You will have to land once and then go back and apply for travel doc from outside Canada if you cant stay for more than one day. If you dont land then you lose your visa.
2. This application is finalized hence you cant reopen once PPR is issued. They will refer only if you apply newly again after this to check on misrepresentation.

I am planning to go abroad for 1 week and if they send me the request to send the passport, I will not submit it until I return, since they can send it back already when I will need to go and I will need my passport.

Send them CSE and tell them you will travel. They will hold off PPR or extend request after you have traveled.

If CIC will accelerate for family class, it's was more slowly for us (pnp application).
