Druce, there are always extreme circumstances as you described. I will just be going for the medical, but ovbiously wont be sending them the results until they ask for it. So we are not sending any additional documents. Its just about being proactive. Whoah, if my medical is 1 year valid that is way more than enough. I applied 8 months ago and most people get their PR within 10-12 months.
I am not 100% sure of this but doesn't the Doctor send the medical results to the VO? From what I understand they don't even give you the results after you have don't it, they e-mail it to you after sending it to VO?

So i was asking the most becouse of my husbands daughter who is back home. Her mom will probably make problems. But i would like to start now with that with my lawyer. So just if she allowed her maybe without problems and it maybe happened earlier then i expect, i will do upfront. But if that will be longer then will probably get and MR in all that dissccusion with her

I agree with Druce. I highly recommend against doing upfront medical under PNP stream. Just wait until they request it like everyone else did. Again, as Druce mentioned, you risk delaying your and everyone elses application as CIC officers get a bigger administrstive burden trying to organize files they haven't requested.

See there is no problem with doing upfront medical, no one is increasing the burden of CIC with extra documents, the doctors won't be sending the results until I receive the email anyway. So I don'tt understand how we are increasing the work load of CIC, if any it will just make things faster for me as I won't have to wait 2-3 weeks to get an appointment after I receive the medical request.

OK I WILL see what is going on. i have appointment march1 so i hope that til then will come MR :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

I thought upfront has to be done before sending the application and it is not an option for provincial nominees ?
Not sure if it is s regional thing. ..panel physician in my area does not take weeks to book in for the medical. Appointments can be as quick as next day.

I think you guys are worrying too much.

NO SORRY WE ARE NOT WORRYING TO MUCH . I call doctor february3 , and next available appointment he give to me , and it is march1 . so what if i get mr for example february15 and i call him and he told me, that he doesnt have anything available til march15 . what to do then . last option with 2 small kids is going 5 hours to some other town to do medical

Waiting period varies in different regions. In my region it takes at least 2-3 weeks

You can select Overseas PR-PNP. I called CIC and confirmed with them. I sent my RPRF receipt by emailing as well as through Case Specific Enquiry form but not through physical mail. I am also going to send my Canadian Police certificate once I receive it just to be on the safe side, although I already included 2 police certificates from the previous two countries I stayed in
On what email address did you send documents? i send only on Case specific Enquiry. One more thing we are living here in canada since 2013, so do i need to provide Canadian Police cerificate? I am from india so i sent only India PCC for me and my wife. Please guide me.
Thanks in advance.

No need to type in capital letters wich equals yelling.
Wow that was quite rude...

o no doesnt mean that i am yelling , just lazy to delete and write again becouse caps lock is on

I have a quick question. I sent everything (except the police certificates) and paid RPRF fee upfront in June. Then CIC requested the RCMP, I made it and sent it to them by mail in September.

Now I got a reminder email in January. I have submitted everything already and paid the RPRF. Should I send them the police certificates again through case specific inquiry or just wait?

I am an inland applicant.

Thanks!
