I did not do anything special..other than upfront medical and a couple of gcmslittleapple said:Incredible! How come! My file was received on the same day as yours! What do you think makes your application so special and got PPR so early? Jan. applicants are still waiting for theirs! Congratssssss!!!
I think upfront medical made difference. Thats good move which paid off.Jiss said:I did not do anything special..other than upfront medical and a couple of gcms

It is possible but when I asked my lawyer he told me that it would not affect the processing time. Maybe Jiss has a particular (unknown to us) situation: an high demand job or position or it is just luckier than us in any case... Congrats man!Cutiekim23 said:Hello,
Is it possible to have upfront medical? How come my consultant did not recommend to do that? I thought it was only applicable to EE and not PNP.
Well...I mentioned earlier it was not actually an upfront medical..i did it for work permit and used the same one for this...just to let u guys know to avoid a confusionObonken said:It is possible but when I asked my lawyer he told me that it would not affect the processing time. I am sure you will be getting your PR visa stamped until April 2016. Coz you did your Medicals in April 2015. May be that's the reason they send you PPR early. It can be either stamped until April or July.Jiss said:Well...I mentioned earlier it was not actually an upfront medical..i did it for work permit and used the same one for this...just to let u guys know to avoid a confusion
hi jiss i just wanna ask how long did it take you to show medical received to your ecas before you send your explanation lingking the two medical(if thats what you did) I have similar situation i received my medical request last nov 25 under PNP and i sent a request on nov 27 to link my CEC IME's since it will be expiring on april but until now it's not showing on my ecas it's been more than 2 months since i sent the request which they reply that they received it on the same day. do you have any idea what do i have to do i'm a bit worried coz they only gave me 30 days medical compliance.thanksJiss said:Well...I mentioned earlier it was not actually an upfront medical..i did it for work permit and used the same one for this...just to let u guys know to avoid a confusion
hi what I understood from cic emails is that they regularly update the documents to our file if we send them...sometimes they notify us upon receipt through email sometmes not..(like for my medical but not for rprf)...never worry about ecas...(my ecas is still IP but the lines were upto date)...they update it once in a while..it varies from time to time and person to person...so if u already sent the medical report sheet to their provided email with all ur correct details (uci,ep, name, dob etc) mentioned, it will be ok..no worries..veaunz said:hi jiss i just wanna ask how long did it take you to show medical received to your ecas before you send your explanation lingking the two medical(if thats what you did) I have similar situation i received my medical request last nov 25 under PNP and i sent a request on nov 27 to link my CEC IME's since it will be expiring on april but until now it's not showing on my ecas it's been more than 2 months since i sent the request which they reply that they received it on the same day. do you have any idea what do i have to do i'm a bit worried coz they only gave me 30 days medical compliance.thanks
