I think it is so unfair we are being delayed long without any notice.
The fact there is nothing I can do except for waiting makes me even more sad.

thank you all guys I ASK :it should be easier and faster PNP applications because the extra work have done by the provinces------ my case two years ( employer Pre-screen Application and Nominee Applications ) Express Entry on line 6 months .It is better to delete the all paper application I do not understand maybe you guys help me thanks

My application is June 18 2015.
A couple weeks ago I asked our MP to know what is about our application in CIC.
And then CIC agent tells to our MP,
Our case is completed already, right now just it is waiting review.
Also agent telled MP we shall receive ppr for 17 month.
So everyone don't rush, Becaus they don't work on our cases.
I was mad before, but right now I don't have any words to the CIC.

Yes, your right its not necessary to get it unless that they will require you but once they will require police reports it always have a finger printing as well. The only reason why they will request for police reports are in the instances that a criminal has the same as yours. I did get police clearance but my immigration lawyer says that i dont have to attached in my application package.
So not necessary. Hope that helps.

Many people running out of patience everywhere. If I knew what I know now, I would have dont the study visa route 2 years ago.

Living in limbo is not fun for anyonw. Lets hope the rest of September will be a good month to remember ;D

15 months to finish PR process is a joke. And now it takes even longer...

Sometimes when I have a think about CIC agents the scene comes up in my mind from Zootopia ( DMV office ). But sometimes I wish I was a T-1000... :-\
