there are so many things that can make your case take more time than others. I dont think dependant is one of those. or maybe yes. Also I think it could depende wether you are inland applicant or not. The country you are from. How easy is for them to check or communicate with local offices. Countries where you have been to. Even your name or surname can be a reason. Let's be patience, dont panic.
